This city-owned asset is the 22nd busiest building in the country, yet lacks the competitive advantages to attract events.  We helped solve this problem by developing a more patron friendly main entrance.  With 200 events a year, the 23-year-old loading dock underserved the needs of numerous semis and coach buses serving the events of the high turnover venue.  We developed increased loading vehicle storage and docks to limit disturbance to adjacent city streets.  EVS also performed topographic survey services.
