The Chaska Truck Station is a 16-acre State/County joint use snow plow station and maintenance facility.  The 50,000 SF facility contains office space, indoor truck parking, and washing and maintenance facilities.  The building features rainwater harvesting from the roof for reuse in truck washing and parking bay floor washing.  The site features a three stage pond / biofiltration system designed for low maintenance yet designed to treat the high pollutant loaded runoff from the storage yard.  We performed site design and construction services for this project. The project budget is approximately $7M.
