We are currently conducting ITR work on three projects and Camp Carroll, South Korea.

We provide the needed review services by experienced military project designers required by the joint U.S. Army and South Korea military contracts.

YRP, SLQ A09/211.SLQ 040, A11Y200, Senior Leaders Quarters

As part of the design-build team for the project, we are the civil Designer of Record (DOR) and also conduct the Independent Technical Review (ITR) for the Senior Leaders Quarters at USAG Humphries, Korea. The project consists of four sites on Humphries, three of the sites consist of six-story and nine-story buildings, ten buildings in total providing 248 living quarters on Humphries. Also included are underground and above ground POV parking spaces for a combined total of 1,160 vehicles. The remaining site is a multipurpose athletic field.

As a member of the design-build team for new facilities being constructed at USAG Humphries, Korea, we provided Independent Technical Review (ITR) of civil plans and specification for 60% and 90% submittals for two Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, Headquarters and headquarters support facilities (physical fitness and two ADNs for the design-build team awarded the project). ITR work was accomplished in direct communication with the local Korean civil design firm team member at the design-build architect’s office in Seoul, Korea and also at the EVS office in Eden Prairie, MN.
