EVS provided detection and monitoring of movement during the underpinning repairs located in the basement of the State Capitol. We installed markers on each footing, wall corner, or building corner that was to be monitored. Weekly readings of the measurement points were taken to ensure no settlement was taking place to an accuracy of 0.005 foot.
