This development is a 43-lot residential subdivision in the City of Plymouth. The client was K. Hovnanian Homes.

EVS provided surveying, site planning engineering, construction staking, and construction inspection for the project.

The site included an incidental wetland.  We provided evidence to support this determination which reduced the required amount of mitigation for the site.
