Powers Pointe is a 140,800 SF multi-tenant office warehouse building in the City of Chanhassen. EVS provided concept planning, surveying, engineering, construction staking, and construction services for the site. Severe topography required extensive retaining walls and 2:1 slope design to make the grades work on the site. Large underground ponding vaults were required due to the tree massing on the site and proximity to Riley Creek.
