EVS performed precondition photo and video documentation as well as vibration monitoring of the surrounding buildings during construction of the new ballpark.  A unique aspect was that the ballpark shared a wall with the CCLRT’s Operations and Maintenance Facility so careful consideration was given during the demolition process.

EVS placed several seismographs near the wall to continuously monitor vibration of the demolition activities and initial construction phases.  Instantaneous email alerts notified when vibration thresholds exceeded the predetermined tolerances allowing EVS staff to make recommendations to the contractor.
