Fields of Medina: This development is a 65-lot single family subdivision in the City of Medina. The client was Mattamy Homes.

We provided site planning, surveying, engineering, and construction services for the project. The site was zoned mixed use and required a Stage 1 master planning for the original 80-acre site before preliminary plat work was able to proceed. The project also required coordination and purchase of property from an adjacent office townhome site and construction of city collector road through a large wetland and County ditch.

Fields of Medina West: This development is a 64-lot single family subdivision adjacent to the original project, Fields of Medina. We provided site planning, surveying, engineering, and construction services for the project.

Directional bore of utilities through a wetland and under STH 55 were required to deliver utilities to the project.

Project also included the design of a 11-acre city park located between the two developments.
