This development is a 46-lot single-family subdivision in the City of Orono. The site was previously the Lakeview Golf Course – an 18-hole golf course in the City of Orono. The original owner could not keep the golf course open due to financial hardships related to the upkeep of the course and decided to sell to our client.

We provided surveying, site design and engineering services. The site required a full EAW and full City Environmental Design review. The site is made up of 2-acre lots with well and septic on each lot.

We helped the client successfully through the city process despite organization by a public group to convince the City to keep the land as open space.
