The client had a vision to take a vacant nondescript building in North Minneapolis and turn it into a vibrant Hennepin County Service Center.  Building rehabilitation takes a special eye to find the best value, enhance function and maintain budget.  We assisted the client to enhance landscape, function and street front appeal for the exciting project.
